We have some news we're proud of: South Florida AI has joined Anthropic's Claude Partner Network — the program Anthropic built for the firms that help businesses actually put Claude to work.
For us, this isn't a logo to collect. It's a signal about how we've chosen to build, and what that means for the South Florida companies we work with. Let us explain why it matters to you, the business owner — not just to us.
What the Claude Partner Network actually is
In early 2026, Anthropic — the company behind Claude, one of the most capable AI models in the world — launched the Claude Partner Network, backing it with a $100 million investment in partner training, technical support, and joint go-to-market work.
The idea is simple. Most businesses don't fail at AI because the technology isn't good enough. They fail at the implementation — picking the right workflow, connecting AI to the systems they already run, and deploying it safely. So Anthropic created a network of firms that specialize in exactly that, and gave those firms direct access to training, tooling, and support straight from the source.
Anthropic has since expanded the program with a Services Track and a Partner Hub, so that companies evaluating AI can find firms with real, hands-on Claude implementation experience instead of guessing.
That's the network we've joined.
Why we build on Claude in the first place
We don't pick tools because they're trendy. We pick them because they hold up in production, in front of a paying client, doing real work.
Claude is the model we reach for when the job has to be done right, not just done: reading a stack of vendor contracts, reconciling invoices against purchase orders, drafting customer responses that sound like your business, pulling structured answers out of messy documents. It's strong at careful, accurate work, and — just as important for the businesses we serve — it's built by a company that takes safety, reliability, and responsible deployment seriously.
When the AI is going to touch your money, your customers, or your compliance obligations, those qualities stop being nice-to-haves. They become the whole point.
What this means for South Florida businesses
Here's the honest, plain-English version of why a small-business owner in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Tampa, or Orlando should care:
- It's third-party validation. You no longer have to take our word that we know what we're doing with this technology. We build on the frontier, and the company building that frontier recognizes the work.
- We're closer to the source. Partner status means access to Anthropic's training, technical playbooks, and support. That translates into faster, more reliable builds for you — and fewer dead ends.
- It doesn't change our model — it raises the bar on it. We still do the same thing we've always done: rewire one or two workflows per quarter around AI, ship something real, and measure the result on a 90-day horizon. No slide decks, no open-ended "AI advisory." Working systems.
The national AI consultancies treat South Florida as a rounding error. We don't. We're local, we're hands-on, and now we're doing the work as a recognized member of the network behind one of the best AI models available.
A note on getting the details right
You'll see a lot of companies start slapping "AI partner" and "AI certified" badges on their websites this year. Some of it will be real. A lot of it won't.
We'll tell you exactly what's true: we are a member of the Claude Partner Network. The network has formal company tiers and a separate technical certification track for individual architects, and we'll be transparent about precisely where we stand as we grow inside the program — no inflated claims, no borrowed credibility. That same straight-talk is what you should demand from anyone you hire to implement AI in your business.
What to do about it
Whether or not you ever work with us, the takeaway for your business is the same:
- Ask your AI vendor what they build on, and why. The model underneath matters. So does whether they can explain the trade-offs in plain language.
- Look for implementation, not philosophy. The value isn't in a strategy memo. It's in a workflow that runs tomorrow morning and saves you hours or dollars by Friday.
- Start with one workflow. You don't need an AI department. You need one painful, repetitive process — accounts payable, collections, quote generation, customer intake — rebuilt around AI and measured.
That last point is where most South Florida businesses can win in the next 90 days, and it's where we spend our time.
